2025年4月14日，由广州仲裁委员会与迪拜国际仲裁中心联合主办的“国际仲裁双城观察——迪拜与广州”交流研讨会在广州仲裁委员会江湾总部举行。本次活动聚焦中国与阿联酋两地经贸争议解决机制及国际仲裁最新发展趋势，围绕数字经济、能源领域争议解决的创新机制、中资企业在中东投资仲裁策略、广州仲裁委员会在国际商事仲裁领域的制度创新等议题深入研讨交流，吸引了来自境内外法律界、企业界的诸多专业人士参与。

On April 14, 2025, the “Arbitration Insights from Dubai and Guangzhou” exchange seminar, jointly organized by the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, was held at the Jiangwan Headquarters of the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission. The event focused on commercial dispute resolution mechanisms and the latest developments in international arbitration between China and the UAE. It facilitated in-depth discussions on innovative mechanisms for resolving disputes in digital economy and energy sectors, arbitration strategies for Chinese enterprises investing in the Middle East, as well as institutional innovations in international commercial arbitration by the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission. The seminar attracted professionals from legal and business communities across domestic and international sectors.
